Returns

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, but understand online shopping can be somewhat of a guessing game in sizes and colors. We believe quality customer service is a top priority at Aubrey Kathryn Co, so will gladly accept returns on clothing in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached within 14 days after the item has been delivered. Simply send an email to support@aubreykathrynco.com with your requests, and we will email you back a return label. Then package the item in the original box and drop off with the carrier listed on the return label. Please note a $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. All refunds on returned items take up to 7 business days to process once the item is received. You will be sent an email once the return is complete with your refund.
